About the Journal
The annual scholarly journal: "Actual Problems of Kartvelology" was founded in 2012 under the leadership of Prof. Tariel Putkaradze on the basis of the Kartvelology Center at St, Andrew the First-Called Georgian University. After the death of the founder of the Journal − Prof. Tariel Putkaradze, the publication of the journal was taken over by the International Society of Kartvelology named after Prof. Tariel Putkaradze, together with the aforementioned organization. The journal publishes articles processed based on the materials of the international conference − Current Problems of Kartvelology; the journal is peer-reviewed and accepts the articles in the humanities: linguistics, literary studies, folklore, historiography, cultural studies, ethnology, anthropology and other related interdisciplinary fields.
